Where is the CARS Racing Show 2024?
-It will be held at the Hickory Metro Convention Center, in Hickory, NC.

How much does exhibit space cost?
10×10 – $600
10×20 – $1075
10×30 – $1500
20×20 – $1850

Is there still exhibit space available?
-Yes! We will announce when booths are avaiable to purchase for new exhibitors.
Where can I register for my exhibitor badge?
-We will email all exhibitors a link to sign up for exhibitor badges closer to the show dates.
What are the best hotels for the show? Are they Expensive?
-We have partnered with local hotels to get the best deals for our attendees and exhibitors. You can visit our hotels page to see the hotels and amenities they offer.
When is move in for exhibitors?
-Exhibitor move-in is Thursday, January 4th, 2024. We will have special parking for exhibitors, with plenty of room to navigate large trailers and trucks. We will have a move in map ready for exhibitors closer to the show.
Where can I request carpet, chairs, and tables?
-We are not handling the requests for these items this year. You may requests these items through our vendor soon! Check back for the request form.
Is there a welcome party for exhibitors?
-Yes! Our CARS 2024 Welcome Party, hosted by Newsome Raceway Parts, is Friday, January 5th from 6pm – 8pm. It will be open to Exhibitors and Attendees. We will have food, drinks, and entertainment. We will be highlighting sponsors throughout the party with displays. There are additional sponsorship opportunities available for the welcome party, keep an eye on your email inbox for more details.
How do I place an Advertisement in the Event Guide?
– We will have a sign-up form for the Event Guide soon!
Pricing is as follows:
-Full Page (5.5”x8.5”) – $300
-Half-Page (5.5”x4.25”) – $200
