-It will be held at the Hickory Metro Convention Center, in Hickory, NC.

8:00 AM Doors open for Exhibitors
8:00 AM-11:00 AM – B to B hours for Exhibitors
10:00 AM- 6:00 PM – Show open to Attendees
-Saturday, January 11th
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Show open to Attendees
How much does exhibit space cost?
10×10 – $600
10×20 – $1075
10×30 – $1500
20×20 – $1850
20×30 – $2800
Is there still exhibit space available?
-Yes! We will announce when booths are avaiable to purchase for new exhibitors.
Where can I register for my exhibitor badge?
-We will email all exhibitors a link to sign up for exhibitor badges closer to the show dates.
What are the best hotels for the show? Are they Expensive?
-Hotel info is coming soon!
When is move in for exhibitors?
-Exhibitor move-in is Thursday, January 9th, 2025. We will have special parking for exhibitors, with plenty of room to navigate large trailers and trucks. We will have a move in map ready for exhibitors closer to the show.
