This Year Will be the Best Yet!
If your company is in the racing industry, we’d love to invite you to be a part of the 2024 CARS Racing Show.
The show will be taking place Friday, January 5th and Saturday, January 6th, 2024 at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, North Carolina. Move-in day is Thursday, January 4th.
Hickory, North Carolina is centrally located right on I-40. It is within a 2-3 hour radius of racers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and East Tennessee.
The show primarily attracts circle track racers in the southeast within that 2-3 hour radius, but we also have several racers from Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, and Florida. Attendees are interested in seeing the latest technology, meeting manufacturers, and buying products right at the show.

Sponsorship Opportunities
We strive to improve the show each year, both for attendees and exhibitors. As part of that, we have several opportunities to expand your reach and get the most out of your show experience:
Event Guide
Offering a free event guide to attendees has always been important to us. It’s not only a keepsake, but serves as a resource guide for racers—like a little black book of the best racing companies.
The event guide is printed in full color on high-quality paper. Every exhibitor is listed with contact information and a short description. If you would like to take your presence to the next level, we offer ad space in the guide. You can provide an ad, or we can help with the graphics.
Ad space pricing:
-Full Page (5.5” x 8.5”) – $300
-Half-Page (5.5” x4.25”) $200
Seminars
Educational seminars are a great way to provide attendees with valuable information. Feedback from racers has demonstrated that they truly appreciate the opportunity to pick up new knowledge at the show. They are also a great way to promote your company and products.
Seminars are listed in the event program and the schedule is promoted on our website.
We like offering the first spots to our exhibitors. We’ve provided a section on the exhibitor sign up form. If you’re not sure about a title or description, we’d be happy to work with you on that. Just let us know you’re interested.
Join the Party
The Friday night Welcome Party presented by Newsome Raceway Parts was a success and we are excited to do it again. Beer, Food, and Music created a fun evening at the end of the first day of the show.
Party sponsors will be featured on social media, on signage at the event, and will be listed in the event guide.
Opportunities include:

Lanyard Sponsor
This year, we will be having custom lanyards printed for the show. The lanyard will feature the logos from sponsoring companies as well as the CARS logo. If you would like to be a part of this, the cost will be $300. We only have 8 of these spots available.
Banner Sponsor
Be seen the moment racers walk in the door to registration. We will be staging the front area with black curtain backdrops and 4’ x 6’ vertical banners. If you would like to participate, the cost will be $300. We will be printing all of the banners to ensure consistency. We can help with the artwork (at additional cost), or you are welcome to provide it. At the conclusion of the show, you can take your banner with you, if you’d like.
