(Hamptonville, NC) – Jason Walls was born into a North Carolina racing family and has spent his life involved in the sport. After turning wrenches on cars out of his father’s race shop, he began his own racing career in karting and gradually moved up to Crate Late Models for the last part of his driving career. Walls then spent some time co-promoting a pair of tracks before developing the Mid-East Modified Tour in 2016. His series has grown from a 4-race miniseries into a 20+ race tour. Walls added a Street Stock division for 2020 and is adding a third division with 602 Late Models in 2021. Jason’s many racing experiences offer a multifaceted view of the sport.
